Mick Foleys rise to fame in the WWE is also highlighted culminating in an unforgettable sequence at the Royal Rumble 1999. A brutal I Quit match against Dwayne The Rock Johnson is intercut with shots of Foleys children watching in horror from the front row. Unsurprisingly, Vince McMahon hated the film and removed all advertising for it from WWE broadcasts. Blaustein attempted to capitalize on this notoriety by adopting the tagline, The Movie Vince McMahon Didnt Want You to See! However the damage was still done. McMahon used his connections to block distribution of the film and it grossed a disappointing £2m in the box office.
