WWE: 15 Rarest Wrestling Figures Worth An Absolute Fortune
3. Hart Foundation: Bret Hart And Jim Neidhart Wrestling Superstars Tag Team Box And Singles (LJN) - $1200-$2025
The LJN tag team box sets are another one of the rarer LJN wrestling figure series. Each set came with 2 figures, a poser, and 2 tag team championship belts: Strike Force, Dream Team, and The Killer Bees make up some of the rarest tag team box sets out there and the few that have sold have gone for around $1000. However, no LJN tag team boxed set is as popular as the Hart Foundation. The Hart Foundation boxed set consists of Bret The Hitman Hart and Jim The Anvil Neidhart and is easily one of the most sought after of all the wrestling figures, spanning any line with an opened box set going for as much as $500, and unopened fetching a minimum of $800. Lees Toy Review, a well respected toy guide, had valued the set at $1200 but two perfect condition MOC sealed boxes have sold this year: one for $1650, another for $2025. Like the British Bulldogs figures from the honorable mentions, LJN tag team figures also go for a high price on single cards as they are sometimes even harder to find than the box set. Both members of the Hart Foundation were released in the Wrestling Superstars Series 4: the Jim Neidhart figure, MOC, has previously sold for $510, while a loose Bret Hart in perfect condition can sell for close to $100, and MOC can land around $750.
