http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1GEG9Lf1gw Since Im writing for a UK-based company, Id be remiss if I didnt include a UK-only Pay Per View! This PPV has the distinction of having the only de-facto rematch of Wrestlemania X7s main event of The Rock and Steve Austin for the WWF Championship. Sure, they had their cage match on Raw the night after Wrestlemania (which ended up being an angle to establish the Two Man Power Trip), and they ended up as the final two men in the Winner Take All match the next month at Survivor Series, but this was the real deal rematch. A hidden gem had Chris Jericho making a rare defense of the WCW Championship in the few weeks between winning the belt from The Rock at No Mercy and dropping it back to him on Raw. He faced newly turned Alliance member Kurt Angle. Plus, the show kicked off with a steel cage match for the Intercontinental Championship with Edge defending against Christian. Im still a mark for the InVasion storyline. Sure, all the big WCW guys (Hogan, Flair, Goldberg) didnt show up until after the storyline was over, but I thought WWF did the best job they could do with what they had.
