WWE: 20 Best PPVs Of All Time

19. Backlash 2007

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9NPbAqFEg0 Highlights: John Cena vs. Randy Orton vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Edge, Undertaker vs. Batista, Chris Benoit vs. MVP This event followed WrestleMania 23, which was a very good show that nearly made this top 20 list. It's just that Backlash 2007 was a better show. Best way to describe Backlash 2007 is to say that it featured no bad matches and several that were excellent. When you can watch a full three hour show and have no points that would be considered bad then it's a successful event. The 4 way match between Cena, Orton, Michaels and Edge is as good as any four way match. They're not easy to do in terms of being original, but they pulled it off. An exciting finish is what really made the match memorable. That Batista/Undertaker feud in 2007 produced several great matches. They went all out in a hard hitting Last Man Standing battle that ended in a big spot as they crashed by the stage. It led to more matches, which was fine with me. Other matches on the card included Benoit vs. MVP in a technical wrestling battle, a great Melina vs. Mickie James match for the Women's Title and even the Lashley vs. McMahons & Umaga match was entertaining.
