WWE: 4 Pros & 4 Cons Of Sting Joining In 2014

1. Con - Some Fans Don't Know Who He Is

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMsofg-USuU This may come off a bit weird, but when you think that there's a large percentage of WWE's audience that is under the age of 20, most of them are going to have no idea who Sting is. It's not like TNA is some huge company where everybody would know who he is. WCW died nearly 13 years ago. To a lot of the WWE fanbase, Sting is just some guy in his 50s with some face paint. Knowing how WWE operates, they would likely feature plenty of video packages about him to introduce him to the audience. It's the same thing they do when a guy like Ultimate Warrior goes into the Hall of Fame or an even older guy like Bruno Sammartino last year. The difference is that in Sting's case there'd be an expectation that he would wrestle some matches, so who is to say that he would garner that reaction? There's no guarantee. While this isn't a major negative, it's definitely something worth considering. Those are just some of the pros and cons we have to think about when it comes to the possibility of The Stinger showing up in WWE. Will it happen? Keep watching WWE programming to find out.
