1. Booker T
Goldust's popularity was at its height when he formed a memorable partnership with the five-time, five-time, five-time, five-time, five-time WCW Champion Booker T. Their comedy vignettes and backstage scenes were among the best ever. One particular favourite of ours is at the 2002 King of the Ring where Goldust begins imitating The Rock in front of Booker, blissfully unaware that The Great One has joined them in the locker room. It defies description, so just watch at it below and laugh: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4MZQmGM92w This hugely popular pair got over with fans despite repeated failures to win tag team gold throughout the summer and autumn of 2002. Finally, in December Booker and Goldust captured the titles at Armageddon. What a pity their reign was so brief. Goldust still helped Booker in his feud with Triple H in the run up to Wrestlemania XIX, even though he got a terrible electric shock for his trouble. RAW General Manager Eric Bischoff split the pair up around this time. Booker went on to win the King of the Ring and become known as King Booker as well as winning a sixth world title. He is now a Hall of Famer. Now can you dig that, sucka?!
