WWE: 5 Possible Outcomes For John Cena vs CM Punk

5. Disqualification Due to Interference by The Rock; Punk Retains

After The Rock cut one of his blistering promos earlier in the night in which he ran down Cena, including his loss to the Rock at Wrestlemania and a cheap, thinly-veiled shot about Cena's divorce, the Rock curiously does not mention or in any way address his tweet about his goal of winning the WWE Championship. During the final moments of the title match, when it looks to go either way, The Rock hits the ring and gives a Rock Bottom to John Cena. Punk is still stumbling around the ring when he walks right into his own Rock Bottom. The Rock paces around the ring before dropping to the floor, grabbing the WWE Championship and posing around the corners of the ring with it as the 1,000th episode of Raw goes off the air. One week later, both Cena and Punk confront The Rock. Punk states that while he and Cena will never see eye-to-eye, there is one thing they can agree on: The Rock had no business interfering in the match, thereby costing Cena his championship opportunity. In order to give Cena his shot and prove his place in the company, Punk proposes a Triple Threat WWE Championship Match at Summerslam. Of course, these are all just ideas. I'm not giving either one of them more weight or saying they should or should not happen. Just ideas. What say you, readers? How do you see the end of the 1,000th episode of Raw playing out?
