WWE: 5 Possible Post-WrestleMania 30 Scenarios For Daniel Bryan

4. Loses At Wrestlemania/Faces Either Orton Or Batista At Extreme Rules

What if WWE swerved all the fans, and Daniel Bryan loses? Well, expect a ton of unhappy Daniel Bryan fans. It's not all bad though as it could potentially help all three participants in the main event (assuming Bryan beats Triple H.) Just imagine the heel heat that Batista would generate if he walks out of New Orleans as the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. The heat for Batista would be unreal. Currently, Batista does receive the boos from the fans, but he isn't a full heel just yet. On RAW the other day, Batista was mocking Stephanie, who is currently a heel so you get the feel that Batista is more of a tweener than a full fledged heel. A Batista screwjob win at Wrestlemania with a post match beat down of Daniel Bryan would cement Batista as the top heel of the WWE. Daniel Bryan could then get a title shot against the reigning champion Batista, and dethrone the biggest heel in the company with the whole crowd screaming "YES! YES! YES!" Sure it is easier to do the Daniel Bryan win at Wrestlemania, but WWE would be happy that they swerved the fans while also creating the biggest heel that the WWE hasn't seen in quite some time. Randy Orton retaining the title at Wrestlemania 30 would be the worst option as we've seen Daniel Bryan/Randy Orton numerous times on RAW and PPV's since last June. The only good that could come from this is Orton might receive more heat from the fans, and put on a better match with Daniel Bryan than Batista could at Extreme Rules. Daniel Bryan losing at Wrestlemania 30 could either make him even more popular as fans will keep on supporting him to finally get the title, or in the fans eyes it could be one loss too many, and severely diminish Daniel Bryan's outstanding popularity.
