WWE: 5 Reasons John Cena Should Have Already Earned Your Respect

4. Too Many Great Matches

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2oy3KzXxeaM Raise your hand if you've ever seen or heard some one say, "Well (insert wrestler here) carried John Cena to a good match!" That sounds good, but digging deeper reveals that Cena would have had to been carried by A LOT of different wrestlers at different times to achieve a good match. It's also the epitome of not giving Cena any type of credit regardless of what their eyes just saw. It's the equivalent of seeing a blue sky, but refusing to accept it and declaring it green. In reality, Cena's presence alone carries most of his counterparts through matches. He gives them a stage to shine on, and in turn Cena creates drama, action and art in each scenario. Look no further than his 5 Star rated clash against CM Punk at Money in The Bank 2011. CM Punk didn't wrestle himself out there. Cena created the very real possibility of a riot that night, due to his performance in the ring, and the way he was able to make the crowd believe he would defeat their hero. Haters can hate, but they are only wasting their time. From regular rules matches, to all out brawls Cena has dozens of them on his resume to point to as elite. The following matches prove this... Cena vs Punk (Night of Champions '12, 2013 Raw, Money In The Bank '11) Cena vs Edge (TLC Match 2006) Cena vs Orton (2013 TLC) Cena vs Batista (08 Summerslam) Cena vs Daniel Bryan (Summerslam '13) Cena vs Cesaro (2014 Raw) Cena vs Ziggler (end of 2012-2013) Cena vs HBK (WM 23, & 1 Hour Match) Cena vs Lesnar ( Extreme Rules 2012) Jay-Z once said "There's never been someone this good for this long." Considering its going on 10 years since Cena entered the upper echelon, its fair to ask who has been putting on matches at that level for that long, while being THE MAN? How long will detractors continue to deny this resume?
