WWE: 5 Superstars Who Could Legitimately The Undertaker's Streak

5. Triple H

I know we have seen this match at WrestleMania three times already, and that Triple H is a part time wrestler just like Brock Lesnar, but here's my reasoning for him beating the streak. Triple H is the new Vince McMahon, he is the COO and along with his wife Stephanie, a principle owner of the WWE. He will remain in the WWE for the rest of his life, or as long as he remains married. If he were to end the streak, and do it in a not so honorable way, he would become hated by all. It would be his version of the Montreal Screw Job between Vince McMahon and Bret Hart, and we all know what this did for Vince McMahon's television career. McMahon spun that hatred into an evil on screen character, which eventually went on to feud with Steve Austin. Triple H would be able to brag about ending the streak for years to come. Storyline wise, it would be easy to set this match up between the two superstars. Triple H and Stephanie could say that they want to put the emphasis back on WrestleMania, and that everyone has become obsessed with The Undertaker's streak. They feel that it would be best for business if The Undertaker did not compete at the pay-per-view any longer. Taker could respond back and challenge Triple H, and bait him into a match. They could raise the stakes even higher, making it a Streak vs Corporate Career match. If Triple H loses, he would no longer be a part of The Authority. There could be a number of ways to set this high profile match up, and these two would be able to put on another great WrestleMania match.
