4. Cody Rhodes
One of the most talented superstars in the WWE at present, Cody Rhodes has absolutely no momentum as of late. All he seems to be doing currently is losing to the Miz and he simply has nothing going on for him so far. One half of the Rhodes Scholars, Damien and Cody have barely had any success as a tag team. Cody Rhodes is one of the best superstars in the WWE currently. With him getting an impressive win over Mysterio at WM27, everyone thought he would be the WWE Champ soon, but that never happened. Yet. Rhodes should win the Money in the Bank briefcase now, and he should become the World Heavyweight Champion as soon as possible. Rhodes is extremely young and he should be the face of the WWE in the future.
