WWE: 5 Ways To Counter Anti-Punk Chants At Raw In Chicago (If He Doesn't Come Back)

1. Play Punk's Music Near The End As A Ruse

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wroqcQVcoIg No matter how much WWE says, or even if they don't say it, there will be a lot of fans in Chicago who believe CM Punk will return on the show. There will always be doubt in the back of people's minds. Especially since now Dave Meltzer is saying Punk is expected back on Monday. By nature, the show starts to feel long in the third hour. Any non-main event segment will likely die a horrible death in that third hour. By the last segment, people will be getting antsy again. Maybe HHH will be out there or possibly Batista or Orton. They're going on and then all of a sudden, Cult of Personality hits. The reaction will be one of pure joy. Of course Punk is back! He's here to save this show! But then the music plays and plays. The crowd starts to wonder. Then it shuts off entirely. The heel in the ring smiles and laughs. The crowd is incensed. It's a cheap heat tactic, but it would be successful. Crowd that pride themselves on being so internet savvy are the best ones to pull one over on. This is potentially a very bad situation for WWE. However, with some creative thinking, they could help themselves a lot and make the show both memorable for all the good reasons and efficient going into Wrestlemania.
