WWE: 5 WrestleMania Entrances That Blew Our Minds

3. John Cena WrestleMania 22 €“ Gangster Land

http://youtu.be/l7esVyWfUBQ With a brief opening video suggesting that though often hated, mafia members gave everything they had to protect their way of life (do I detect a proposed allegory here?). The stage rose and a vintage 1930's era motor vehicle, flanked by tommy gun armed gangster's (which included a pre WWE CM Punk) made its way to the ring, heralding the entrance of the Doctor of Thugonomics and defending WWE Champion John Cena who, despite coming out to his normal ring music, entered the Allstate Arena clad in the traditional garb of the depression era gangster, a tommy gun of his own in hand. After firing a brief burst from his gun into the air, announcing that the champ was indeed here, Cena shed his hat and trench coat and made his way to the ring. The significance of this entrance is assumingly derived from the city of venue being Chicago, IL, one of the more significant cities in the mobster days of the 1920's and 30's.
