WWE: 6 Reasons Why Triple H Shouldn't Hate Online Fans

6. We Support The Company As Much As Anybody

The online fans that Hunter supposedly doesn't like are probably the most passionate group of fans there are. They fly across the country to attend WrestleMania just to say they were there even if their seat was 200 feet from the ring, and they're the ones that go to more shows and spend more money on the WWE product on a regular basis. That's why they speak up. Let's look at WWE Network as an example: while we don't know how many people have the WWE Network outside of the USA, chances are that the majority of them are online wrestling fans that are so passionate about wrestling that they found a way to get around the legislation that restricts access. Rather than being pirates, those fans are supporting the company by spending their money on it. Does WWE really think the fans that aren't reading about wrestling online spend as much as the others? Doubtful. Those fans probably watch the shows on Monday and Friday, maybe they watch the PPVs once per month and that's it. A lot of us think about wrestling (or write about it in my case) every single day and that means we watch it, read about it and talk with our buddies about it. Of course online fans have an opinion. Maybe we are too aggressive with it, but it's better to have an opinion then to just automatically cheer everything we see. It's okay to be critical too.
