2. The Unseen Classics
Recently on Superstars Dolph Ziggler met Antonio Cesaro in what I honestly believe was one of the best matches I had witnessed in the past few years, much less just as recently as 2013. I couldn't believe at what I was seeing on the "C" show, a true, bonafide classic that epitomized everything that is right about professional wrestling. That no one saw. Which is truly sad as I felt kind of honored at watching such spectacular in ring competition afterwards. But the thing is, this is not a one off for Superstars. In actual fact some of the best matches for the week are often on this show. For the simple reason that these guys are out to prove themselves and put on the best performance that they can possibly deliver so as to show the powers that be that they deserve to be higher up the proverbial ladder. There is a lot of potential on show for the true wrestling fan and might even go as far as finding you a new modern favorite for you to cheer for. The aforementioned names along with guys like Justin Gabriel, R-Truth and the myriad of tag teams and Divas that are regulars of this program (and yes, even the occasional ex World Heavyweight Champion like Dolph Ziggler and Alberto Del Rio) All have had some of what could arguably be their greatest matches on WWE Superstars. That no one saw.
