If Jericho was brought back as a heel that was determined to win the IC Title one more time, he would help to raise the value of the title. It would benefit a guy like Big E to work with somebody of Jericho's caliber that has the resume that Jericho does. What WWE needs to realize is they have a tremendous resource in a guy like Jericho.
