WWE: 7 Best Active Wrestlers Today

7. Bray Wyatt

WWE has been very hit and miss with Bray Wyatt since his debut on Raw back in July 2013. The video vignettes were fantastic, but when it came time to get on the mic or in the ring, the Wyatt family didn't live up to expectations. The blame for this rests with WWE creative, the mic segments got lost in too much nonsensical talk, and the matches mostly dealt with jobbers. It was hardly an electric initial run. Nevertheless, Bray Wyatt has always had a presence. You knew watching him that it was just a matter of time before he moved on to something bigger than squashes and gimmicks. That time came when the Wyatt's were put in a feud with CM Punk and Daniel Bryan this Autumn. Bray Wyatt's stock has risen significantly since, and the association with big stars like Punk and Bryan has put Bray at the fore front again. I fully expect that WWE have done this because they have a role at Wrestlemania planned for the skilled and charismatic Wyatt leader. So what does the future hold for Bray Wyatt as the road to Wrestlemania unfolds? You can expect a continuation of the feud with Daniel Bryan following the Wyatt family "kidnapping" the bearded star on Raw. Beyond that it still looks as if WWE is considering a feud with the Shield. Beyond that again, Bray could be looking at going up against a babyface in a one on one match at Wrestlemania. He is a talented wrestler, and a singles bout would be an excellent opportunity for Bray to fully establish himself. He is certainly at the fore front of WWE creative in recent weeks, and is justified in being on of the stars on the road into Wrestlemania.
