Dolph Ziggler has an incredible set of skills in the ring and the support of the crowd, but what he really needs is a storyline that will finally give him the push he deserves. Ziggler has been World champion twice in his career, but the first reign only lasted a day and the second reign was completely thrown off track by an ill-timed concussion. Ziggler needs something really good to get him back to the top. Becoming the third member of The Shield would be the perfect opportunity to showcase his talent in a more effective way and put him back in the spotlight. If Triple H plans on wrestling alongside Randy Orton and Seth Rollins when they take on Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose, then Ziggler would be a perfect choice to join The Shield, even for just a night. He could contribute just as many high spots as Seth Rollins and he could easily be justified in blaming The Authority for hold him back in his career to explain joining The Shield. The storyline would have to start very soon for something like this to work, but there is no denying that Ziggler could contribute to any situation.
