http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAp-_FTJzu0 The current NXT Women's Champion has been wrestling since she was 12 years old, and it shows. Although relatively young, the 21-year old is a very good ring worker, and always gets a great reaction whenever she comes out at Full Sail University (the location where NXT is taped). She has been involved in feuds with Summer Rae and Emma, and has been having a very good reign as the inaugural champion. I think the next diva to be called up from NXT will be Paige, for sure. What makes me think is how her gimmick is going to adapt, though. At first, it seemed like Paige was going to be an anti-diva, going against the Barbie doll pattern of the current divas and whatnot, but then the crowd started cheering her (which happens a lot in NXT), then she just became an angry babyface, I'd say. Characters are one of the main reasons why NXT is so good, and for me, Paige needs to develop a bit more character depth before being called up (which hopefully improves her interviews. Her delivery is fine, but she has nothing to talk about (unlike Emma, for example, that always has some good material, even if it doesn't make sense). So, a bit more work is needed by NXT creative on Paige. And get her a new finisher, please. I'm begging you.
