Heels get to talk more in today's WWE. Paul Heyman's not a heel right now, but he has been for most of his career and in the last few years he's been the best talker in the company. Seth Rollins gets to talk a lot, especially at the start of Raw and Smackdown. Bray Wyatt gets to do promos on nearly every show. Even if they are short, they are significant. Ambrose is an awesome promo guy that worked most of his career as a heel before he was on WWE's main roster. Even before he was in WWE, people compared him to the likes of Brian Pillman as a loose cannon or Roddy Piper, who was one of the best talkers in the history of the business. When Piper was with Ambrose in the ring a few years ago you could see how much respect there was. While it's impossible to deny Ambrose's connection with the crowd, he could get them to hate them with his actions and his words. A lot of great faces have done it. We saw it a few years ago with CM Punk in 2012 when he was the cool face (just like Ambrose) and he turned on the fans. It's happened so many times before and it will happen again with Ambrose. As good as Ambrose is right now, he'll be even better as a vindictive, a**hole type of heel. Plus, it would probably be more fun for him since most wrestlers will tell you it's a lot more fun being the bad guy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_di-vRo3kE If you want to see more of Ambrose, search for "Jon Moxley promos" and you can see just how gifted he is in terms of delivering fantastic promos.
