6. Eddie Guerrero & Chris Jericho vs. Chris Benoit & Dean Malenko - WCW House Show 1998
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o_SM7qO5y_s (note: match above is actually from an episode of WCW Thunder) The date for this match escapes me, but I remember going to a WCW house show in the Detroit area in the summer of 1998 just my buddies and I were bored, so we figured it might be fun. If you went to a WCW house show in your life chances are you don't have great memories. They were really basic and boring. Not much fan interaction. They just had their matches, then got out of there and onto the next town. This was an outstanding tag match between four of the best workers that were also tremendously underused as well. Within two years they were all in WWE and aside from Malenko, they became top guys that headlines major shows. From what I remember of the match, Guerrero and Jericho were a heel tag team while Benoit and Malenko were the faces. The match went around 20 minutes. It blew away everything else on the show. All I can really recall was these four great technical wrestlers letting it all out for a few thousand people at a house show that really meant nothing. They were all such pros that it meant a lot to them, so that's what I appreciated.
