WWE: 7 Ways Dean Ambrose Will Emerge From The Shield Breakup

1. As A Potential WWE World Heavyweight Champion

All three Shield members are going to be main eventers as singles performers. They've already headlined PPVs as a group most recently at Payback and they are all being groomed to be even more than that over the next decade. Perhaps Rollins could be WWE WHC before the end of the year because he's a top heel and Reigns probably will be next year, but it's possible that Ambrose could be too. Just because he's not in the spot right now does not mean he never will be. It's all a matter of timing and waiting to tell the story the right way. Fans need to be patient. As mentioned earlier, Ambrose is only 28 years old. Most guys don't even reach main event level until they hit their 30s yet here's pretty close to that spot right now. He has plenty of time to become a WWE World Heavyweight Champion and it's likely going to happen within the next two or three years. He's too talented for it not to happen. Ambrose has as bright a future as anybody in WWE and that includes Reigns and Rollins. All of them are going to be successful. It's only a matter of time.
