5. She Has Already Defeated A Former Divas Champion
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-QWbB8tC-I On the May 8 NXT, Alexa Bliss made her televised in-ring debut in a match against Alicia Fox. The bout was one of the Women's Championship Tournament quarterfinal round matches and seemed to be a mismatch right from the start. If the experience difference would not affect the rookie Diva, the size difference surely would. Alicia was significantly taller and hand legs for days. She also had the power advantage, something that typically does not fall in Fox's favor. Bliss, however, used her athleticism and resiliency to her advantage, withstanding an onslaught from Fox and scoring the improbably upset victory with an inside cradle. The win capped off an impressive showing for Bliss, who was bloodied in the process. The fans in Full Sail University responded favorably to the cute young woman, who rewarded their support with an inspired first effort. The match was her first televised one but it was not her first ever. We'll get to that in a bit.
