5. Batista Pins Taker Clean, Cyber Sunday 2007
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-m_1R2GAnY In my opinion, Batista versus Undertaker was a great feud, two warriors going at it in hard hitting contests. In 2007 they had already had a classic match at Wrestlemania 23 and in October 2007 they clashed again at Cyber Sunday. This pay per view was built around the basis that fans voted for the match stipulations online, a gimmick that I thought worked brilliantly until WWE started slanting and embellishing the voting process of such scenarios. This event was the real deal however and excitingly we got Steve Austin voted in to ref the World Title clash between defending Champion Batista and Undertaker. Talk about a star studded match. It ended up a quality contest, with Batista going over clean with a Batista Bomb on Undertaker. Austin counted the three and the champion retained. The pair clashed again at Survivor Series in a quality Hell in a Cell match, Batista going over again but this time unclean - Edge screwed Taker. The clean Cyber Sunday win however stands out as a great boost to Batista's career. The whole Undertaker feud helped elevate Batista, proving that the Animal really could work at the top level.
