WWE: 9 Most Frustrating Aspects Of The WWE Network

2. Altered Entrance Themes

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTvFkAJPfwQ This is another one the WWE can't necessarily be blamed for, and is rather just a result of unfortunate circumstances. It's also worth noting that they have tried as much as they can to get as much licensed music into the programming as possible. Many will remember that Limp Bizkit songs were completely edited out of WrestleMania X7 DVDs, but thankfully return on the Network. Another notable mention is Edge having his Rob Zombie themed entrance in-tact. It's hard to gauge if this is a result of specific artists being stubborn or if there are bigger legalities at play, but the fact that there are no Metallica songs licensed is a pretty strong indicator that it's most likely stubborn musicians. Nevertheless, this hurts so many classic entrances - think of the big entrances too such as Sandman appropriately entering to Metallica's Enter Sandman. As a matter of fact, just think about every ECW performer. The promotion was notorious for using licensed songs regardless of if Paul Heyman had the rights to it or not. Hopefully as time goes on WWE can acquire more music for licensing purposes.
