WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (April 12)

4. This Plan Sucks

You gotta give it to The Authority. They had a pretty devious plan this week. To ensure they will continue to hold onto the world title, they willingly gave three men a shot at Seth Rollins at the next pay-per-view. A move that doesn€™t make a lot of sense, that is, until you see what they did next. During the main event between Roman Reigns, Randy Orton and Ryback, The Authority sauntered down to ringside to unleash their plan...which revolved around them standing there long enough for Roman to jump on them. The plan was executed perfectly. Earlier in the night Kane booked Rollins in a match with Neville. Rollins threw a fit and said that Kane would have to answer to Steph and HHH. By the end of the night, he had no problem joining him again to walk down to ringside. Did they hug it out off camera? And what exactly was their plan? Were they going to beat up each member of the match so they couldn't compete against Seth? Because they didn't seem to try. So why wouldn't Kane just book El Torito vs. Hornswoggle vs. Heath Slater in a No. 1 contender's match? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNW19rKMOqI Also worth of note is Reigns jumping over the top rope to attack The Authority. While he didn€™t even hit The Big Show, he decided to sell it anyway and threw himself to the ground. Now that's what I like to see in an Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal winner!

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
