Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins should be one of the biggest matches that WWE has in their arsenal. Rollins is the companys top full-time heel, and Reigns is the guy they want as their next top star. They also have a ton of history between them dating back to their days in The Shield. The two of them going at it should be saved for a pay-per-view with weeks of hype. If WWE plays their cards right, it could be a future WrestleMania main event. Now seeing those two in a big match anytime soon has been tossed out the window, as WWE basically threw them out there on Raw in a 16 minute match. WWE then damaged another future big match by giving us Rusev vs. Reigns (again). Why don't they look forward six month to a year from now and tentatively plan that those two could feud? I was watching the most recent Monday Night War episode this week, and Arn Anderson was on talking about how WCW burned through all their big matches way too fast. They made it seem how it was so obvious, and such a bad idea to continually throw big matches on TV without hype. Everyone knew just how stupid that old WCW was. What a bunch of clowns! Well... except isn't that exactly what WWE is doing right now even without competition?
As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at."
Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week.
