WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (June 14)

5. J & J Break Away

The Authority is a terrible stable from basically every conceivable metric. They never win, the ratings have sunk since they€™ve become the focal point of the show, they€™re exceptionally boring, and they€™ve devalued Seth Rollins as the top heel in the company. However, one of the good things they had going for them was the dynamic between J & J Security and Seth Rollins. But on Raw, they trio seemed to have broken up. Let€™s say this is all just a swerve, well, they€™ve already pulled that trick so this would just be redundant. Let€™s say it€™s for real, well, then who are we supposed to be cheering for in the build up to Money in the Bank? Rollins, because Steph and Hunter are consistently pricks to him? Or J & J Security, because every single babyface on the roster, as well as Seth, makes fun of their height? Either way, I€™m not quite sure how this is supposed to make us want to see Rollins vs. Ambrose Round 9. The trio was one of the happy accidents of WWE TV over the past couple years. Who would have guessed that Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble would be two entertaining, and relevant characters in 2015? If this is the end, at least they went out on a high-note with Noble€™s declaration that they were the new Shield.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
