Much like Claire Lynch, this one is going to stick with TNA for awhile.

Overall the company may be more consistent than theyve ever been. But this was a pretty bad week. There was some strange booking decisions on Impact, and then, there was Matt Hardy playing the piano, and doing his weird British/Jeff Hardy impression. It was comically bad, so bad that it almost came the whole way around and turned good. But it didnt, and so, it remained bad.

Big Money Matt was great. It was perhaps the most entertaining hes ever been, which makes it even more bizarre that he gave it up to do whatever the hell hes doing now. On Impact his brother Jeff rode his dirt bike over to his house as dramatic music played. And the two met up in the ring from their childhood, or something. Reby Sky channeled her inner Gene Snitsky and tossed a fake baby at Jeff. To top if off, Matt then put his brother through a table. Not a wrestling table either, a freaking dining room table that just happened to be right next to the ring!

This is one of those moments that make you wonder, what does Jeff do when he wakes up? Just drive home crying on his dirt bike? Or does he knock on his brother's door and ask him why he did that? The video was so bad that TNA released their OWN parody of it online. Well, if nothing else, its nice that for the first time the company has become a little self aware.

Time to kick out.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
