WWE Announce Signing Of Donovan Dijak
Big Bay Stater finally puts pen to paper.
WWE have finally rubber-stumped the move of one wrestling's hottest free-agents to the Performance Center.
The 6'7" Donovan Dijak has been considering his options since ending his three year stint with Ring of Honor this February, with many expecting him to make the imminent switch to Orlando official after he reported to the PC last August. WWE had previously offered the athletic big man a deal way back in January, but were forced to rescind following a legal threat from his then-employers.
Despite Dijak's considerable frame, he is surprisingly flight of feet, and has been impressing for several years with his paradoxical proficiency. He only turned pro in 2013, rocking up New England's independent scene before seeking the fresh challenge of Ring of Honor, where he claimed first place in their 2015 Top Prospect tournament. He has also enjoyed successful spells in Germany's wXw and EVOLVE, as well as appearing in the prestigious Battle of Los Angeles contest for PWG this past weekend.
Dijak is the latest in a slew of ex-Ring of Honor stars to alight in Florida, where he will be joined by fellow alumni Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, and Bobby Fish.
