WWE has announced a storyline suspension for Gallus following last night's episode of NXT.

Gallus members Mark Coffey and Wolfgang wrestled rivals Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs in a Pub Rules match on the show. Set up through a backstage confrontation on last week's episode, the main event saw Gallus defeated in around 11 minutes when Jensen pinned Coffey.

Things fell apart afterwards. While referees tried to restrain the Scottish faction, Joe Coffey (already banned from ringside for attacking a security guard earlier on) punched an official, bringing forth a tide of police offers from the back. The Coffeys and Wolfgang were handcuffed and taken out of the arena to close.

WWE announced the suspension soon after:-

Due to Gallus' actions involving the assault of WWE officials and security after their Pub Rules Tag Team Match, Wolfgang, Joe & Mark Coffey have been suspended indefinitely, effective immediately.

Gallus are new arrivals on NXT, having transferred over from NXT UK during the Heatwave special on 16 August 2022. The trio has been tussling with Jensen and Briggs, the final NXT UK Tag Team Champions, since beating the American due via countout one week later.
