This is another along the same lines as "Performance/Performer". Describing AJ Styles, for example, as 'one hell of a talent' would send Vince into a spiralling rant over some poor sap's headset, so it probably isn't worth the hassle.

Back in 2008, he demanded that everyone use in-house terminology like, "Superstar", the shortened "star" or "Diva" instead. Obviously, that last one has been bumped from the phrasebook; female workers are called "Superstars" too nowadays.
