WWE Black Wednesday Releases 5 Years Later - Where Are They Now?

Loved up pair Mike and Maria Kanellis didn't do much of note on WWE TV other than a soap opera-style storyline that saw the latter browbeat the former for being a poor father to be. Both left the promotion in April 2020 and found work in ROH (pre-Tony Khan ownership) and IMPACT/TNA. Then, they made their way to AEW together.

Mike is still there as part of The Undisputed Kingdom, but Maria's contract with the group ended in January 2025. On the whole, Bennett is pretty much a tag-team worker and bit part player next to stablemates like Matt Taven, Adam Cole, Roderick Strong etc.
