Across all brands, there have been a total of 18 WWE pay per views in 2020, only four of which had conventional crowd attendance. Imagine trying to believe that back in 2019!
Yet here were are, and whether or not we enjoyed the menu, WWE gave us a banquet of entertainment that we're likely to never forget. Alongside the usual array of thrills, twists, returns and betrayals, we also got a plethora of experimental endeavours, made with the intention of guiding us through times of uncertainty. Some worked, and some sure as heck did not.
So, in order to celebrate the year that could be called many things, (this writer would like to settle on 'The Year of The Eyeball'), here are some images taken from key PPV moments in 2020, that should be easy for you to contextualise if you were eagle-eyed enough.
