WWE Clash At The Castle: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

5. Sheamus = Ultimate Grand Slam Champ

Paul Heyman Drew McIntyre
WWE

Look, Sheamus is awesome. The 'Brawling Brutes' leader has produced sterling performance after sterling performance throughout his company career, and some of his best battles have come over the past few years. Remember all those crackers vs. old pal Drew McIntyre, for example?

There's also a ton of talk in the build to Clash At The Castle about Sheamus becoming an "Ultimate Grand Slam Champion" by winning the Intercontinental Title. That's a belt the Irishman has never won, and he definitely deserves a run with it before hanging up his boots.

Not on Saturday and not at Gunther's expense though.

Gunther's rise should be WWE's main priority in Cardiff. Sentimental career milestones are nice and all, but Sheamus shouldn't be the man to beat the big Austrian less than three full months into his IC Title run - maybe that can happen in the future. Just...not this weekend.

Keep those "Ultimate Grand Slam Champ" hashtags on ice, please.
