NXT TakeOver: WarGames will feature two titular matches for the first time in the three year history of the show, with contests featuring members of the male and female rosters announced during last night's episode.

Calming the chaos of a cross-division brawl, William Regal used the two-ring stipulation as a settler between warring factions headed up by Shayna Baszler and Rhea Ripley. The teams are yet to be announced, but with the captains flanked by Bianca Belair, Jessamyn Duke, Marina Shafir, Tegan Nox, Dakota Kai and Candice LeRae, expect all of them and and possibly Mia Yim to feature in some capacity.

In something of a twist ending to the show, Tomasso Ciampa put his quest to regain "Goldie" on hold following a brawl with The Undisputed Era. Running in to save Matt Riddle and Keith Lee from an Adam Cole-led beatdown, Ciampa took the microphone to address his beloved belt, noting that "Goldie, you're going to have to wait. Daddy's going to war."

With the show booked for November 23rd, expect partners to be confirmed/added in the weeks to come as the card comes together.
