WWE Crown Jewel 2019: 10 Things That Must Happen

This World Cup stuff is terribly underwhelming, especially when WWE treat it like a comedy prop in the States.

That's what Shane McMahon did with his ludicrous 'Best In The World' moniker, and it's likely what'll happen with this nine-team Turmoil match after Crown Jewel. Stuffing as many teams into one situation as possible doesn't fool real wrestling fans. This is about as prestigious as another one of those 'Worlds Collide' specials.

Forget everyone else involved for a second, because New Day are the right winners. Kofi Kingston and Big E need something to do now Kofi isn't WWE Champ and Xavier Woods is on the injured list for a while. That's why they should win the trophy in Saudi and either leave it in the airport for lost and found or cart it back home.

That result would give WWE a branching story they could use to shake up New Day's stale formula and tease that one of the roster's most beloved babyfaces might go rogue. No prizes for guessing where this one is going...
