4. The New Day Do It
The problem with an 18-man tag team turmoil match which isn't the focal point of a show with many alternatives, is that it can't be allowed any time to breathe. As a consequence, at least half of the nine tandems in action will be eliminated in short order.
Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins surely can't be under any realistic illusions that they're involved for any reason besides. Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas are likewise lambs to the slaughter. The other seven teams (with the possible exception of the Lucha Dragons and Heavy Machinery)? Each has a reasonable shout for some showcase, especially if WWE are serious about countering AEW's own tag team scene (they aren't).
There's one team whose portraits are slightly larger than the rest. They also happen to be the one team with a very recent former WWE Champion in their midst. There are other reasons they might win in this of all weeks.
Prediction: If the cryptic clues above weren't clear, it's The New Day, yes it is.
