WWE Crown Jewel 2021: Every Match Ranked From Worst To Best
4. King Of The Ring Finals: Finn Balor Vs. Xavier Woods
Result: Woods nails Balor with a top-rope Elbow Drop for the win (9:40).
Rating: There are surely a lot of disappointed Finn Balor fans out there, but this win really meant a hell of a lot more going to Xavier, who gets by far the biggest solo win of his career here.
The match itself made great use of its short length, though it's a shame it didn't run a little longer to truly sell the drama and desperation to win that King of the Ring finals were known for back in the day.
Still, Xavier and Finn have great chemistry and showed it off well, ramping the pace up and down and having the crowd in the palms of their hands as they went along.
Hopefully this win will mean something long-term for Xavier and possibly signal a more fruitful solo run, but given WWE's treatment of the tournament in recent years, it's probably best not to get your hopes up too much.
Even so, how awesome did that cape and crown look on King Xavier? You love to see it. 7/10
