WWE Draft 2020: 10 Trades That MUST Happen

5. Liv Morgan To SmackDown

Besides the hiccup that was her bizarre return to televised WWE programming, the main thing that Liv Morgan has done in the last ten months is prove that she has talent in spades.

Seriously, the girl can go in the ring. All you need to do is rewatch some of her matches she had earlier this year with the likes of Charlotte Flair. Yet, once again she has begun to be held back by Riott Squad nonsense. The old Liv Morgan needed the Riott Squad to stay relevant. The new Liv Morgan doesn't need anyone to break out as a star.

Morgan needs to be traded to SmackDown in the upcoming draft if she has any hope of making it on her own. On Friday nights she will be able to rid herself of the shackle that is Ruby Riott and have singles matches against Nikki Cross, Alexa Bliss, Sasha Banks, Bayley and etc. Morgan would also prove to be a new challenger for the Smackdown Women's championship that has seen the same group of women challenge every Pay-Per-View in the last year. Morgan is in much need of a scene change and Smackdown is in much need of a shakeup to its division that is outside of the Bayley and Banks drama, as well as the ongoing Bliss/Fiend storyline. She would most certainly be a much-welcomed addition to the blue brand if drafted come 9 October.
