WWE Draft 2023: 10 Roster Trades That MUST Happen

7. GUNTHER (SmackDown > Raw)

WWE SmackDown Cody Rhodes
WWE

If Austin Theory does bring the United States Title from Raw to SmackDown, then WWE's very own "Best Bout Machine" (oh man, that could ruffle some feathers!) should take his Intercontinental prize the other way and go SmackDown > Raw. Why not? Having two male midcard belts on the same brand is a bit much.

GUNTHER, like Bianca Belair, has also started to run out of opponents people really want to see him match up against. Over on Raw, he'd have fresh scenarios against everyone from AJ Styles (when he's back from injury) and Bobby Lashley to Matt Riddle and (eventually) Randy Orton.

Brock Lesnar is also housed over on Mondays too, and WWE has that big time showdown in their back pockets for the future. Putting both guys on the same brand and continuing to build GUNTHER as an unstoppable force would inevitably lead to a run-in vs. Brock.

Let's do this, people.
