WWE Draft 2023: 10 Roster Trades That MUST Happen

5. Judgment Day (Raw > SmackDown)

WWE SmackDown Cody Rhodes
WWE

Yes, all of them.

Rhea Ripley heading to SmackDown is a no-brainer now she's the brand's top female champ, but it'd be totally unnecessary to end her alliance with Finn Bálor, Damian Priest and (especially) Dominik Mysterio just because of a title win. Judgment Day still has some gas left in the tank.

Dom's issues with Rey aren't finished either, so moving him over to Fridays is logical. Meanwhile, Finn needs a change of scenery after losing out inside Hell In A Cell to chief rival Edge at WrestleMania, and Priest would just kinda be coming along for the trip 'cause he's useful in tags, heel beatdowns etc.

Ripley vs. Ronda Rousey is something WWE should endeavour (ahem) to do long-term, and Bálor can work scorchers against all-comers. In fact, screw it - stick him and Priest into the tag team ranks so they can wrestle Braun Strowman and Ricochet for a while. That'd be fun.
