WWE Dropping PG Rating For NXT 2.0 - Moving To TV-14?
WWE has been PG since July 2008, but is NXT 2.0 about to change that?

WWE may be on the verge of dropping its divisive TV-PG rating - at least for NXT 2.0
WrestleVotes reports that as part of NXT's rebrand into 2.0, original plans called for the show to shift from PG to TV-14, which would allow for edgier content. While this switch is yet to come into play, it remains on the table.
USA Network, which broadcasts NXT 2.0 every Tuesday evening, isn't opposed to the idea.
WWE officially moved to TV-PG on 22 July 2008, with that year's SummerSlam pay-per-view the first to operate under that rating. While the promotion had been moving towards a safer, more family-friendly style of programming prior to this, the rating change cemented it, with WWE seemingly operating under the belief that going PG would be more attractive to sponsors.
Company programming was originally produced with a PG rating until 1997, when it shifted to TV-14 during the Monday Night Wars.
NXT 2.0 has noticeably increased in edginess since being rebooted in September, with performers using more colourful language on television than previously and the women's division presented with increased sexualisation at times.
