This is a potential show-stealer. TakeOver: Toronto proved that Mickie James is still an outstanding in-ring competitor who can go toe-to-toe with anyone, and Becky Lynch might be the smoothest and most technically proficient member of the Women’s Revolution. These two could tear the house down if they’re given enough time, and whoever wins should soon find themselves in title contention.

James was unveiled as Becky’s mystery assailant, La Luchadora, a few weeks ago. She has since aligned herself with Lynch’s main rival in Alexa Bliss, and the devious duo have done their best to make the Lass Kicker’s life a misery in recent weeks. Becky and Naomi got the upperhand during this week’s contract signing segment, but that shouldn’t reflect on either of their matches this weekend.

It’s hard to say what Mickie’s long-term role will be. She’s more than capable of competing at the highest level, but there’s a strong chance WWE have brought her back to help put the younger generation over. This match will tell us a lot about her future direction, but Becky deserves the victory here. She has endured a lot of hardship throughout her various run-ins with Bliss, and should earn another crack at the gold.

Winner: Becky Lynch.
