Well, they tried.

It was last minute as hell, but WWE creative did their best to add some final spice to this Sunday's #1 contendership Chamber match on Raw. Sarah Logan refereed the match between Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott, then laid both women out as fans struggled with their apathy for this Riott Squad pay off.

The best course of action at Elimination Chamber is having Liv pin both Ruby and Sarah to close the book on what surely must be considered one of the worst stables in recent memory. She's the real star of the trio (both Riott and Logan are workmanlike, but unspectacular) and has genuine potential to be more than she's allowed to be.

Every long-term strategy needs that crucial first step. This would be it. On Sunday, Morgan should eliminate her old colleagues and finally move on from any talk about the Riott's sophomoric antics for good. She's not even the same character anyway.
