WWE Elimination Chamber 2022: 10 Things That Must Happen

6. Rhea Ripley Is In First

Rhea put in one hell of a shift during that Gauntlet bout on Monday's Raw. She was the first woman in, and outlasted Nikki A.S.H, Liv Morgan and Doudrop before succumbing to Bianca Belair's KOD finish. In total, Ripley worked approx 40 mins, and it was a star-enhancing performance.

Book it again, WWE.

That's right, the pitch here is that Rhea starts the women's Chamber match (possibly against Doudrop this time, 'cause they've got a sweet power vs. power thing going on) and comes agonisingly close to getting the job done. Painting Ripley as the division's would-be 'Iron Woman' isn't the worst idea they could run with for the rest of the year.

It's certainly better than...whatever her odd couple tag gimmick with A.S.H was. WWE has made such a mess of Rhea's push for the longest time, and they need to start backing up her skills with some solid booking. This, even if she doesn't win, would be the next step.
