Result: Brock destroys Austin Theory with a Super F5 from the top of a chamber pod to win the title (15:10).

Rating: What an infuriating mess of a main event. At first it seemed like Lashley's injury spot was a transparent attempt to ratchet up some lazy suspense ahead of his inevitable return, but once the commentators mentioned a "concussion protocol," things became a little less predictable.

Brock breaking out and murdering everyone was an amusing idea, though having Rollins and AJ eliminated so suddenly by him was hugely disappointing.

Many were no doubt hoping that Cody might show up to take Lashley's spot, but let's be honest, that was always wishful thinking.

It was at least neat to see Austin Theory get some time to shine against Brock, and surviving as long as he did basically counts as a rub.

The Super F5 spot was a great finish to a trainwreck of an Elimination Chamber match that at least had the good sense not to slog itself out.

It had some appeal as a silly car crash, but as satisfying storytelling goes this fell flat, setting up yet another marquee encounter between Brock and Roman at WrestleMania. Yawn. 5/10
