Since winning the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 30, Cesaro has become the latest edition to Paul Heyman's clientele. His breakaway from 'The Real Americans' has not come about smoothly. Former tag partner Jack Swagger has tried to exact revenge on Cesaro for switching his allegiance to Paul Heyman but as of yet has failed on multiple occasions. Add RVD into the mix as a former 'Paul Heyman Guy' and it would seem that the Triple Threat Elimination Match scheduled to happen at Extreme Rules was inevitably going to happen! Perhaps what is inevitable however, is that Cesaro will win the match. It is highly unlikely that the WWE will cool the momentum of its current 'push' of Cesaro particularly after his WrestleMania achievement. While the match might prove to spark a later alliance between RVD and 'The Real Americans', the outcome of the match will unquestionably feature 'The King Of Swing' as the victor. However it is worth noting that of all the Extreme Rules matches, this particular match is the most likely match to offer WWE fans a 'curve ball.' Maybe Swagger or RVD will join forces with Heyman and Cesaro to turn the match from a Triple Threat stipulation to an outright handicap confrontation. In any event expect Cesaro and Heyman to walk out of Extreme Rules as winners.
