Whilst it would seem that Alexander Rusev will face a challenge at Extreme Rules in the way of a handicap match against R-Truth and Xavier Woods, the reality is that it will prove to be a no-contest. This match has 'squash match' written all over it with its likely purpose to simply further promote the dominance of 'The Bulgarian Brute.' Think The Great Khali and Lord Tensai! While the match might feature Woods and R-Truth employing some 'dirty tactics' to try and capitalise on their number advantage over Rusev, there is little doubt that Rusev will out gun his opponents to win the handicap match cleanly. The obvious match result will contribute to the obvious character development of Rusev which will lead him on to face bigger names during the summer swing of the WWE calendar. Until then, Rusev will prove that for R-Truth, Woods or indeed any future WWE competitor that, for now at least, "Resistance is futile!"
