WWE Extreme Rules Spoilers - 10 Things That Will Happen

10. Bryan Retains Against Kane

Daniel Bryan will triumph over Kane, retaining his WWE Championship and gaining revenge over the Big Red Machine for his vicious Raw assault. The result is so clearly obvious that you almost have to say it was folly for WWE to book this match. Bryan's first big title defence would have been far more anticipated if it was against someone who fans actually bought into as a threat, someone like Brock Lesnar. Instead, Bryan must face off against Kane, a man who was more of a 'character' than an actual 'wrestler' over the last few months. The relegation of the title match to being the secondary main event behind Evolution vs Shield says it all - this isn't a major consideration for WWE, they aren't going to use it to change the title. Still, it could be good for what it's worth. Bryan and Kane had great chemistry as 'Team Hell No', they'll probably bring some of that mutual understanding into their work as opponents. In Bryan you have the best worker in the company right now, so rest assured this won't be a bad contest. The 'Extreme Rules' stipulation adds another dynamic, the story they tell will be interesting, but Bryan is walking out Champion all day long.
